How I can help

A few years ago, I was exactly where you might be now. Pushing myself harder and harder, trying to prove I could keep up, and believing that slowing down meant falling behind. On the outside, I had it all. On the inside, I was running on fumes.

It took hitting burnout to realise that 'success' wasn't worth it if it came at the cost of my health, happiness and identity. That moment changed everything. I stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on balance, boundaries and what success actually meant to me.

That experience is what shaped the work I do now. Through coaching, I help women like you find the confidence, clarity and calm you've been missing. Together, we'll uncover what's really been draining your energy, break free from the pressure to prove yourself and rebuild from a place of strength and authenticity.

Coaching isn't about fixing you- because you're not broken. Its about giving you space to pause, reflect and design a life and career that finally feels like yours.

So How Do We Start?

​1.​ Book Your Discovery Session – We will walk through where you are now, what's been holding you back, and what you'd love to change. It's relaxed, no-pressure chat to see if coaching feels like the right next step for you.

​2.​ Create Your Personalised Plan – If we decide to work together, we'll map out a plan built around YOU. Your goals, boundaries, and the balance you want to create. You'll get clear direction and practical steps to move forward confidently.

​3.​ Ongoing Support – We'll meet weekly or bi-weekly (whatever suits your schedule) to keep you on track, celebrate your progress, and work through challenges as they come up. You'll always have someone in your corner.

​4. ​Implementation & Reflection – Between sessions, you'll start applying what we discuss. Setting boundaries, shifting habits, and building your confidence in real time. I'll provide feedback and support so you can keep growing and adjusting as you go..

My Approach

I know first-hand how it feels to push yourself to the limit, trying to balance success, self-doubt and everything in between. That's why my approach is a mix of honest conversation, mindset work and practical tools you can actually use day-to-day. Not just theory that sounds good on paper. .

We start by getting clear on where you are and what you truly want, then we build the foundation to make it happen in a way that feels balanced and sustainable. My coaching style is down-to-earth, supportive and rooted in real experience. I've been where you are, and i know what it takes to create long lasting change without burning out.

You'll always leave our sessions with clarity, direction and something you can put into action straight away.
