This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Elevated Focus Life Coaching (“the Coach”, “we”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”). By booking a coaching session or program, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
• The Coach provides professional life coaching sessions designed to support clients in creating meaningful, sustainable change in their personal and professional lives.
• Coaching focuses on clarity, confidence, mindset, and balance. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
• Sessions are conducted online via video conferencing (e.g., Zoom).
• Coaching may include reflection tools, goal-setting exercises, and mindset frameworks between sessions.
2. Fees and Payment
• Coaching sessions or programs must be paid in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed.
• Fees are displayed on the website or confirmed in writing before booking.
• Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• All payments are non-refundable once a session or program has begun.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or unattended without notice will be forfeited.
• The Coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances with as much notice as possible.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
• All information shared during sessions is confidential and protected under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Notes are kept securely and are not shared with third parties unless required by law or where a duty of care arises (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

5. Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:
• Provide a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental space for growth.
• Respect your privacy, dignity, and autonomy.

The Client agrees to:
• Attend sessions punctually and engage fully.
• Be open and honest about their goals and challenges.
• Take personal responsibility for applying insights and completing reflective work between sessions.
6. Disclaimer
• Coaching is a collaborative process but does not guarantee results.
• You remain fully responsible for decisions and actions taken during or after coaching.
• The Coach accepts no liability for direct or indirect consequences of actions taken by the client.
7. Termination
• Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.
• If inappropriate behaviour or boundary violations occur, the Coach reserves the right to terminate immediately without refund.
• Prepaid sessions not yet used may be refunded at the Coach’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled under UK jurisdiction.
